Due to limited space an application form can be downloaded and forwarded to admin@bouncingbeansnam.com

Upon the child’s acceptance the following will be provided to the applicant parents, and must be returned to Bouncing Beans Daycare and Kindergarten via email:

• Completed Emergency Information Form, with current Immunization records
•   Parent Agreement
• “Getting to know you” Information Packet

Please keep us informed of any changes in medical or emergency information. In order to maintain compliance with the Ministry of Gender and Child Welfare, we must maintain current and accurate records at all times.
